Synth Stuff

For the smooth sound, I used the sculpture modeling synth. I went to the directional mixer under imaging and reduced the spread. Finally, I added in a noise gate. The final product sounds almost like bells ringing. 

To get the percussive sound I went to the ultrabeat synth and used the sounds in the lowest octave of the keyboard. The weird wavy sound in the background was a side effect of raising the feedback in the microphaser as high as it could go. This sound happens every time a note is pressed and fades out after a second, though it may seem like a constant in the background of the sound demo.   

For the alien sound, I went to the retro synth and, in effects under “Fuzz-Wah”, I changed the sound from its default to Resonant HP. Then I significantly increased the depth so that the noise would sound less full. Afterwards I went to the Flanger, increased the intensity.
