What insights brought you to this project?

We wanted to minimize the background noise in people’s lives. Technology inadvertently disconnects people from the tasks they need to complete, whether it happens when they are navigating their phone or having a conversation. When individuals go to their phone to check the weather, they usually end up doing something completely different. We wanted to give a direct path to the user, to see the forecasted weather. That they are able to get up and know what to wear outdoors. Allowing them access to valuable information, weather, without disrupting their intended and required routine. A natural, ambient transition.
