For some reason, I really wanted to use the FlashForge Creator to print this project. It probably would have been easier to just use a Cube, and easiest to just submit a file for the Dimension printer. That said, I liked using the FlashForge because I got (read: needed to) to experiment with the settings and try several times before achieving an okay print. The shape I made was supposed to be reminiscent of the large pipes that an organ makes sound through. These images, however, show an incomplete version of that-- several nights for the past week or so, I've set a file to print on the FlashForge and in the morning found the print to have failed for some reason or another. That said, I believe my most recent try (tonight) will be a success, and, should it be, I will update this post with it. Also, I modeled the design in Rhino and used MakerBot Desktop to prepare the file for printing.
