Our project started as a play on the "y tho" meme, which originates from the painting "Pope Leo X" by Fernando Botero. The painting is captivating and funny because of the blank, awkward expression of the Pope, and has been used to express all type of annoying or problematic situations. I thought this meme would be fun to modify, as it can be applied to personal daily situations. As a result, we tried to modify the meme according to possible troubling thoughts we may have experienced in our lives.
