Now picture the way in which an Italian drinks their coffee:
it is a social affair. Café’s are filled with people slowly enjoying their cappuccinos and chatting with friends, or in the busy mornings espressos are drunk while standing at the bar, perhaps talking with the barista. It is completely stationary, and the concept of coffee “to go” does not exist.
