The form that I used for my project is ABA.  I used a fade at the beginning and end of the track as well. For my sampled sound, I decided to use an acapella from the song "Say Yes" by Floetry. That was my primary instrument, but my secondary instrument was a drum kick sample from the audio/visual game called 'patatap' (http://www.patatap.com)
