Process

The process of creating this key holder was to first make a modular system. Everyone in family gets one panel for the key holder and can choose to put them together or leave them separate. The first thing was to create the design in fusion 360. Each panel consists of 3 layers of 1/4" plywood, one for the base and two for the outline. The pieces were then laser cut and laminated together. For the key block where the keys attached onto, it was again, designed in fusion 360 and then 3D printed.
