Scenario: Designer Zack works 12 hours per day and gets up at 6:00 when the world is still in darkness. He always located his glass on the desk and every morning, he tried very hard to find the button of lamp to open the light and got his glass. Then, after a brief breakfast, he went to CMU where he taught visual design. He has morning class, so he goes back home at 1 pm. After lunch, he starts his design work. He has a studio which is founded by him and his classmates of graduate school. He works for five hours without taking a break which causes him have a sore all over his body. Especially, he gets a serious pain on his cervical vertebra.
