A marquee display prompts whether the passer by is up for a surprise and guides him/her to a lane. With the movement tracked by sensors on the ceiling, the floor, a screen, display the activity depending on the number of people who opted to be surprised. People coming into this bridge from two different directions can either be asked to dance or solve a chess move in two steps. The lighting around the bridge and on the street would then change based on the type of activity and involvement of the actors. It can range from a vibrant display of colors that floods the street to very serene environment when no one participates.

As an initiative to bring the local community into context and into the discussion, the marquee or display on the ceilings will recommend a different meal or a different restaurant or activity to do in the area. If the person moves over to the aisle or lane as directed by the display to get more info, screens on either side of the bridge will display its location and best deals or so, it could display places that Google Cultural Institute or Art Project recommends.
