The Final Product of this project is a pencil pouch designed to look like a pair of jeans, with fully-functional pockets to store various items that might otherwise be lost or messy in the main pouch. Below is an image depicting the process.
This project allowed me to develop skills with a sewing machine, and hand-sewing. I have become more confident with working with textiles as a result, and I feel that I would be able to tackle similar projects in the future, of an equal or greater complexity, to fulfill needs that I might otherwise turn to commercial products for.
