I think the beginning guitar riff on 'Gotten', from Slash's Solo Album is an excellent example of unresolved harmony. The first three arpeggio sections are exactly what one expects them to be; on the 4th, Slash plays something completely different.

For Form, I chose 'The Greatest Bastard' by Damien Rice.
