This circuit has two outputs: two servos, that can be controlled by a Particle.function that specifies servo location. Reading of servo location is available online.
This prototype is meant to explore how to frame an indication using as simple as two sticks.
I was going to use four servos to make a paper art consisting of two rotating half circles. But limited to the available servos, I unscale to two and start exploring other ideas.
I came up with the idea of using sticks to indicate something inspired by the clock needles. As two sticks is about to form an arrow pointing to something, or frame a corner surrounding something, this prototype can have adaptable use.
As a rather straightforward prototype, it could be expanded further if I set up a relationship between the positions of the two servos, so that they are interrelated by different, such that the prototype could be used as a timer/clock. Or I could provide more context, for example, use it as a busy/available indicator, and connect it to the calendar.
