Outcome

Due to the small time window, I didn't have much time to play with Logic. Thus, I have, for now, created a brief, but familiar, melody. The steps that I wanted to accomplish would be to add some crescendos and decrescendos (as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star lends itself very well to phrasing) as well as adding an introduction and a closing separate from the main melody. The former is an example of continuation in extending interest by varying dynamics whereas the latter is an example of beginnings as it would have provided some framework prior to the main melody.

The quantization was surprising. Twinkle Twinkle Little Star isn't exactly the hardest song to play, but the quantization still made a noticeable effect. The ends of phrases (half notes instead of quarter notes) had slight variations in the endings in my play, but quantization noticed what was supposed to be a quarter note and what was supposed to be a half note. In addition, the removal of extraneous sound and lengthening of even slightly clipped sound makes the piece sound far more symmetric than the initial iteration.

I exported the logic file as a package, but it still gave it to me as a folder of folders. My inelegant solution was to zip the resultant file, and it is attached for the curious.
