Outcome

For the percussive patch, I used the sync option of the synthesizer, with a low pass filter at 12db that I moved completely to the right. In the analog option, I added noise to osc 1, but kept the shapes the same in the sync option. I also changed the amplification wave to increase fast at the beginning but not to taper off, creating the percussive sound.

For the smooth/pretty sound, I stuck with the analog mode of the synthesizer. I kept the low pass filter at 12db, moved completely to the left, but I didn't  include noise in osc 1, which I changed to be a square wave. I also kept the mixer completely on osc 2 in order to reduce noise. I increased the amplification wave time, making the sound softer, and changed the filter wave and the volume in order to make the sound less punchy.

For the weird/alien sound, I used the analog option of the synthesizer. I kept both shapes at a mix of square waves, and kept the mix mostly in the middle of the two. I changed the filter to a peak that passed only higher pitched sounds. I also changed the filter wave and the amp wave to be slower to increase, with a normal dip before decreasing. The added vibrato adds to the strange "alienness" of the sound.
