The Unexplained

The intention is to evoke the unsettling feeling by re-presencing in the live spaces the messages in the past that people received from their acquaintances and their faces. These messages can be the leftover messages that you haven't reply and can evoke awkward feelings.

This is an interactive fake Twitter feed page of a person's digital identity. By using ads interest collected from different digital platforms as keywords, the system fetches tweets from Twitter and display them on to the interface. This project reimagines the user's social media page as how those platforms assume their users to be like, through the lenses of the collected personal data. It proposes a juxtaposition of how people see themselves vs. how their data presents them.

The goal of the project is to provide inanimate objects that usually are expected to provide comfort with a voice that may sometimes be considered 'spooky'.
