I got a laugh out of the artwork, but beyond that yes, I agree there are some questionable double-standards-stuff going on in mass media, especially when it comes to censoring sexual content depending on the gender or sex in that content. Like you said though, the artwork might be just a bit broad for the audience to really get at what you're trying to show without also reading through the writing. Perhaps the message could be narrowed down if there were a few other examples, or a series of censored/uncensored artworks depending on the content? Viewers would then be able to guess the alternative standards of censorship you're imposing, and glean the meaning from that.
