New Meeting Room for Human Interaction

The main goal of this project is to bringing people experiences that allow them to learn and interact through delightful, and intrinsically rewarding engagement. This a room called virtual meeting room. This room is used for meeting of two or more groups in different geological sites. People can interact through some machine in this room.

The traditional group meeting is like this:

But I want to make the virtual meeting more realistic. I wanna put people from different places into a single room, not physically, but virtually, using some technology. And let people do some interaction in meeting.

As the draft shown below, I use two camera to capture the video of each meeting room. The screen on the right side of the room will show the video of different meeting room.  

The picture below show what people see in the screen. By this way, people might feel that people from different group sitting near them.

There are also some interaction machine in this room, like Shake Hand Machine, Document Distribute Machine, which can facilitate the interaction between people. As the picture shown blow, when people in both sides stand in front of Shake Hand Machine and hold this robots hand, the machine simulate the shake hand action.
