You got a mail!

My friend, Runyu, often complains to me about how annoying it is to check her mailbox. Sometimes, she's disappointed to see an empty mailbox. Other times when she gets busy, she forgets to check her mailbox for several days and will find it is being crammed. To help her with this situation, I want to devise a system that detects whether she has anything in the mailbox, and sends an email/text when she receives one.
