The goal of our project is to create an engaging space installation that connects two groups of people, divided by a physical threshold, through visual and thematic material projected on this threshold.

Computing for Children is a game with voice input that interacts with a light wall. The game is engaging, and the simple code can be used to teach computing to children, who can then witness their creation on the light wall and gain confidence in their abilities.

The installation is a portal into a preferred future, when tech industry has reached male to female parity in the workforce, and women lead the industry alongside men. It juxtaposes that ideal state with the alarmingly dropping rate of women in tech today, as it displays how women experience work environment today.
