This experience carries the “peripherals” that are found in human-human interaction and mirrors them in our conversations with our connected devices. By communicating a device’s emotions through non-human physical elements, this experience provides greater immersion during an interaction with a smart assistant. The “entity” created through this physical manifestation is meant to decrease the friction during interaction by increasing the presence and responsiveness of your device.
