I really like this proposal! The statement is solid and I really like how you worked in the repetitive style of Warhol into your project,. Your idea with playing with perception is really cool too and I'm interested to see how it'll play out. Something else to think about, is maybe along with having the eye slowly show up, it could start closed and slowly open up as well. And on the last panel the eye could be open as well as focused so kind of go along with the title of the piece. But overall this is a solid proposal. Good luck!
Wonderful idea, and really curious as to how the project would be styled. The only thing I think you should consider is how to lay out the project, especially with how you plan to lay out the lines designed to create that "off" feeling. Thinking mostly out loud, but if you lined the panels into one single line instead of a rectangle, as well as making the line slant subtle, the message you would want to get across would possibly be stronger, as at the moment in the sketch the slanted lines are defined enough that it feels more like a perspective image than something similar to an application of feeling off balance, and having it arranged in a rectangle also seems to break the progression a little, as by the end of the first line my eye can already get good detail of the final panel.
