For this project, I decided to 3D print models of the lantern emoji, pictured below. It has sentimental meaning to me, so I thought it would be nice to have a physical representation of it.

The models are fairly proportionate to the actual emoji, as I measured its width at various points and created my model using those dimensions. The print was done with red ABS and the top and bottom of the lantern were colored in using black Sharpie.
I decided to make two versions of it - a desktop version and a keychain version - so I had a larger one as well as a smaller one to have with me on the go.
