I created a clock face inspired by line design optical illusions.

Laser cut clock inspired by the seven-segment digital clock design.

This was an attempt to see if an address stamp could be made with a 3D printer. While the print was successful, address stamps have small letters with detailed features, so 3D printing may not be the best for this particular type of stamp! You can see that the text came out, but it is not crisp and defined.

Project demonstrates maker's proficiency in acrylic laser cutting and assembly of a usable object.

There's a need for a convenient, safe, attractive stand to keep eyeglasses on. The habit of taking glasses in and out of a case, and keeping that case around, is unnecessarily jerky and a hassle. A stand needs to be appealing and subtle when there's nothing on it, and easy to use when I need it.

This clock was designed to bring together the harsh lines of geometric patterns with the warmth of wood texture. The clean design is enhance by a subtle "green glass" acrylic material.

Using a Clock Kit, and Acrylic Sheet- utilize Laser Cutting, Engraving and Scoring Techniques to create a functional Clock. This Project should illustrate the User's ability to properly prepare a CAD File within Rhinoceros 3D for Laser Processing.
