Made by Amber Paige

The goal of this project was to make a sleeve which added functionality to the water bottle. Making the user (me) less likely to forget it and drink water more often.

Cut for a rotating slot mechanism. First prototype showed that the slots did not hold shape after heat forming and were not reliable.

Final sleeve assembly. The layering of the dark blue inner sleeve and white outer sleeve are meant to emulate the pattern of water when looking up at its surface. By rotating the sleeves around each other, the user can mimic the ever-changing motion that this pattern typically has.
