In this project I learned about casting and making molds.

I used a softer, smoother clay to touch up my clay handle from the previous project.

When I poured the second half of my mold apparently some silicone leaked down into the first half of the mold. This caused my first cast to have a hole in one side of the foot.

I recast the original half of my mold  (the one on the right with the alignment nubs), and this time made sure to fully press the clay part into the mold which prevented leaks. This time my second half of the mold came out great and I was able to get a nice smooth finish.
