Experience Recreation of Helmholtz - Paul DeMarinis

Sarah provides a thoughtful analysis of her experience at the Miller Gallery and explores why Paul De Marinis’s work made such an impression. Not only is her account and dissection of the experience excellent, but leads to a gorgeous visual composition. Sarah wanted to “bring out that experience of heart beats coming and going out in darkness” and is thoughtful about the choices of color, texture and symbolism to convey this experience.
