2018 A3 - Project 3: Moveables

One of the biggest difficulties of being a college student is figuring out how to best utilize a small dorm space. Therefore, I set out to design a collapsible hanger.

For this project, I wanted to make an arm that is moving and drawing something by a simple mechanism. The motivation of this project was my previous project for my design studio. The project required me to create it only by hand. Therefore, this time, I would like to develop it by using techniques that I learned from this class.

The goal of this project was to use the tools of the laser cutter and / or the 3d printer in order to make a form with some kind of moveable joint or joints.

To make a container with a moving lid to hold my 3DS games.

To create a holder for USB devices and cables

A Desk Organizer that is flexible in characteristic. The flexibility comes from the different movable parts.

My goal is to create a jewelry box with a movable aspect to it, using laser cutting

Creating a miniature MVP of a larger Spring Carnival game to be be built in the next month.

The goal of this project is to make something which moves. I decided to make a figurine with articulating joints based on a character very important to me.
