Help organize items in the fridge, especially for a shared fridge. Who owns what items? How long they have been in the fridge? What items are expired?

In order for people to become aware of what happens inside of buildings, a degree of Facilitated Awareness may be necessary. By illuminating what happens inside the bridge, the project attempts to get pedestrians to ask what happens in a monolithic building.

A piece of the sky seeks to mitigate the segregation that has been happening in the East Liberty area as a result of the influx of Tech Companies through a whimsical and therapeutic interactive installation. The concept revolves around projecting the piece of sky that is covered by the new sky bridge and having cookies from the Nabisco factory floating in and out of the clouds triggering people to step on them to create a chain of interactions.

This project aims to provide not only an active experience for google’s employees in the pedestrian bridge but also an interactive experience for those on the street, in this way people from different spaces can feel and notice the existence of each other.

Aura implemented a pilot program in which high school students at select public schools were given tablet pens that monitored and analyzed their biometric data. The schools grouped students by patterns found through this analysis. Some parents disliked the analysis and grouping of their children, concerned with the ethical issues. Alternatively, some saw this process as beneficial because of the useful information it provided.
